Significant strides in Water- IoT and Geospatial projects

Ceinsys Tech Ltd (BSE CODE :538734) has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from State Water and Sanitation mission (SWSM) of Maharashtra State for value of Rs. 332 cr on 8th October, 2024. This refers to the implementation of IoT deployment including Design, Implementation and maintenance with Centralized IoT platform for Jal Jeevan Mission projects including maintenance for a period of 5 years.

This was in addition to recent LOA from CIDCO for a total value of Rs. 29.2 cr which included Drone survey, creation of base maps and utility layers and also the Design and development of Enterprise GIS application and providing related software for a bundled solution and also operations and maintenance programme for the said solution.

The company has now confirmed order book to be executed in excess of Rs. 1000 cr. This is a new milestone in the history of CEINSYS where it has continued to deliver qualitative solutions for its valued customers.

CEINSYS RECENT INVESTMENTS:

Ceinsys recently completed preferential allotment of equity shares and share warrants for a total fund raise of US $28 mn. In addition it recently acquired business assets of US-based Geospatial entity VTS and has also expanded its presence to Asia Pacific region by setting up wholly owned subsidiary to expand into Tech enabled services with aim to build significant presence in Data centre business by providing various services including design, development and technical consulting for setting up Data centre in and outside India.

CEINSYS plans grow geometrically and will lead the company to new horizon by consolidating its position in the Geospatial, Engineering and tech enabled serviced, thereby positioning itself as a complete solution provider to enable design, develop and monitor and operate large projects in Water, energy, Automobile, AEC and related Infrastructure enabling a sustainable growth of Rural and Urban India and also provide impetus to similar projects in USA, Europe and Southeast Asia.
